After working exclusively online during the 1st couple of years of covid with Jason, we had finished a series of tribute songs & I was still isolating.

In the evenings I’d watch the hockey game & be noodling around on my guitar & more often than not I’d come up with a fragment of a melody, a riff or a lyrical phrase that I liked & if it seemed to stick I’d record it.

Trusting myself with this undertaking was not easy but with help & encouragement from Susan & occasionally checking in with Jason I managed, all alone, kicking & screaming to finish & record all the songs: one mic, one voice, one guitar, one take, no overdubs, no producer, no engineer...
